PHARAOHS: FROM CHEOPS TO RAMSES II
SOUTH FLORIDA PBS

Designed to provide historical context for visiting audiences, this 15-minute immersive experience introduces the legacy of Egypt’s Pharaohs through storytelling, music, and large-scale projection.

Commissioned by South Florida PBS as part of their mission to educate and inspire community and school groups, the piece serves as a narrative prologue to the main show (developed by CultureSpaces), guiding viewers on a cinematic journey through Egypt’s great dynasties, from the first pyramids to the reign of Ramses II.

To bring the Pharaohs to life, I combined traditional storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools:

ChatGPT for historical research and narrative structure,
ElevenLabs for voice-overs and custom character voices,
HeyGen for lifelike digital avatar animation.

The integration of these technologies allowed for an efficient and rapid production pipeline, demonstrating how AI can elevate storytelling in public media without compromising creative intent.

SYL (SHINE YOUR LIGHT)

An AI-driven emotional wellness experience that transforms mindfulness into interactive play, SYL offers users a personalized journey through somatic self-care, narrative-driven quests, and emotionally responsive design.

Designed to meet the needs of Gen Z and beyond, the platform merges neuroscience-backed somatic practices with generative AI to build emotional resilience through daily check-ins, guided Activations, and nonlinear narrative gameplay in immersive worlds. SYL’s Shine Meter, emotional mapping engine, and adaptive storytelling system help users visualize and track their inner growth.

The result is a new category of wellness, Emotional Gaming™, where self-care becomes interactive, playful, and deeply personal.

DA VINCI GENIUS: INTERACTIVE POST-SHOW EXPERIENCE

This interactive exhibit extended the Da Vinci Genius experience by inviting visitors to step into the role of Da Vinci’s apprentices. Each station, focused on art, invention, and music, challenged participants to create something for one of Leonardo’s historical patrons, transforming learning into playful, hands-on exploration.

At the invention station, guests used a custom-designed AI prompt builder to describe their own imaginary machines. Their ideas were instantly transformed into sketches in the style of Da Vinci’s notebooks, encouraging invention through the lens of Renaissance curiosity.

Narrative framing was central to the experience. A virtual Da Vinci and Mona Lisa guided guests through each creative challenge, with dialogue and character personalities developed using ChatGPT. The tone was designed to be warm, witty, and accessible, merging historical insight with modern technology to make guests feel part of the atelier.

IMPACT

This was the organization’s first foray into immersive design and drew over 40,000 attendees during a sold-out six-month run. It sparked strong community engagement across school groups, families, and cultural partners, setting a new standard for educational storytelling in South Florida.
